I own the 1963 nova that I just paid you for a full background check.I dont have a title for it- which was destroyed in a fire. I need the previous owner info to fill out a lost title form. After purchasing your trial full background check I then found out you dont supply that info.

I did not realize that I was being charged for your service!

I have dementia. I forgot that I had signed up for a free trial.

I never cancelled that trial because I forgot all about it!!! I was going to pay my credit card bill when I discovered the charges.

I would like them removed immediately due to my mental disability and my account closed. Thank for your attention in this matter!

This company has small print stating they charges after your initial $1, BUT WHO CSN BIT??!!!!!!

Not available due to technical issues! Typical!

This company is very sketchy and takes money from people's accounts without authorization. It's been under the guise of bumper.com and been verified!

Those are the two companies that have taken $29.99 from BeenVerified and $29.67 from Bumper.com! Thieves!

No refund for something I don't use. It was an awful experience.

Can't talk to a live agent unless you pay. Poor customer service, so I canceled my account. I'm not paying them $5 when I need my money back. They need to refund me my $27.99.

I forgot to cancel the account.

Poor customer service. I recommend you don't pay for this biggest scam.

I used 1 time. When I wanted to get a VIN number checked out on a car, I was getting the site asked, 'Is this just a one-time use, or do you want a subscription?' I clicked on one-time use, but they keep charging me for a subscription.

I am disabled, and they don't have a real person to talk to; it's just an automated phone system. Scammers!

Here are a few of my bank acct charges . I dont know what you sale or why you take $26.59 out of my acct .

I am 77 yrs old and live on retirement ( fixed budget ). My granddaughter tried to stop this several months ago . I thought it was fixed . This is as far back as I could go online at my bank .

Pictures below . Please refund me from the beginning , when ever that was , you should have record of it . My name is Retha Little & I bank at Community national bank in Fairfield Texas 75840 .

That should give you enough info to return my money and stop this . !!
