No refund for something I don't use. It was an awful experience.

Can't talk to a live agent unless you pay. Poor customer service, so I canceled my account. I'm not paying them $5 when I need my money back. They need to refund me my $27.99.

I forgot to cancel the account.

Poor customer service. I recommend you don't pay for this biggest scam.

Although Bumper didn't resolve the problem of locating the vehicle, they were very professional and compliant to my request of refunfing the monthly membership fee I couldn't cancel through Apple.
